Return & Refund Policy – CottyLand (India Orders)
At CottyLand, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day standard return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The item must be in saleable condition
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items that are damaged due to use, washing, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Worn or used garments
• Washed items
• Products without tags
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale offers
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. CottyLand is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to us.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
Our support team will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
In such cases, CottyLand will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
