Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind returns. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact us at cottylandau@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cottylandau@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is unsafe
  • Is not as described
  • Does not perform as expected

For major faults, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to:

  1. Return your original item (once approved)
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
